3. Hosting (Hetzner)
This website is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Data processing takes place exclusively in data centers in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hetzner.

4. Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)
For attack protection and content acceleration, this website uses Cloudflare provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare temporarily processes visitor IP addresses to analyze requests. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

5. Transfers to Third Countries
Through the use of Cloudflare (USA) and, when actively clicking external links to Instagram and YouTube (see Section 9), personal data is transferred to the United States.
Such transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, Art. 45 GDPR) and additionally on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
6. Fonts
This website uses the fonts "Inter" and "Cormorant Garamond". They are downloaded at build time via Next.js Font Optimization and served from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. See separate Cookie Policy for details.
8. Audio content
Audio recordings are served directly from our own server. No third-party platforms (e.g., SoundCloud, YouTube) are embedded.
9. External links
This website contains links to external profiles on Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data is only transmitted to these providers when you actively click the links.
10. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) for the secure transmission of all content.
